Have you been called to Fast regularly but just don't know how to get started?  This is your invitation to join us for 4 days each month to Fast for spiritual growth, mental clarity, clear vision, deeper intimacy with God and **insert your spiritual growth goal here -> ______.  Fasting is abstaining from FOOD for spiritual purposes. We nourish ourselves during the Fast with the spiritual disciplines of worship, prayer, and Biblical fuel(Bible study).
